My season chicken and ribs

No more. Last night was 3rd visit with non smoked, under seasoned, under cooked meat. There was no smoking and the flavor was not deeply smoked in as in the past. Something's wrong, not consistent. Sooo too much of a gamble for $$ these days in addition to service issues. The ribs were not clean. We had to literally pull off the membrane to make it even worth eating. Did not give us the sauce on the side as always. Had to make or own sauce considering we're 40 minutes away. Thought we found a consistent level of quality and it disappointed one too many times. They shouldn't closed for the night rather than take $ for what they handed out last night. Tasted like carcass. Could not, would not eat it... no did discussions needed, it's a pattern now; just no return.

The rib sandwich was overcooked and very dry. The meat was like eating wood splinters.had their food before and always good..

I just spent 52 bucks on a slab and a whole chicken that taste like straight propane no seasoning on the chicken what so ever I won’t be coming back at all I rather go to Sonny way better and they not gone run out of sides. Yall in Jacksonville don’t know good ribs

It is my pleasure to submit this review for such a truly deserving establishment. This place is exceptional. I’ve been searching for a great barbecue spot ever since Jenkins closed, and after hearing so many positive comments and seeing glowing reviews, I finally decided to give them a try today.

I arrived shortly after 5 p.m., just as they had sold out of ribs. I was assured that the next batch would be coming off the smoker at 6 p.m., so I placed an order for the family meal, which includes a whole chicken, a slab of ribs, and two large sides. I chose the baked beans and potato salad. I also added a slice of strawberry pound cake and a slice of key lime cake.

Let me get straight to the point: these were the best ribs, chicken, baked beans, potato salad, and desserts I have ever had. No exaggeration. Everything was outstanding. This is exactly the type of minority-owned business I am proud to support, and I genuinely hope they continue to prosper in all they do.

They have absolutely earned my business moving forward for all my barbecue cravings.

Wow, this is some fabulous bbq! We got the family meal with ribs and chicken and it fed 3 of us for 3 complete meals! The food was packaged expertly and we got it home for a real treat. Definately will go back!

The Rib Tips were overcooked and there was no BBQ sauce with my meal. I was truly disappointed, I go to My Season because the food has always been great. Please double check orders before handing to customers.

I hate giving bad reviews to businesses that try… “BUT” selling microwaved BBQ is not it!!.. what’s the point of BBQ’n it if your going make it soft and lose the crispy texture!!.. started off great but this isn’t BBQ!… priced way to high for this!!😢

On my mission to try every food truck in Jacksonville, I stumbled upon this little smokhouse that is serving up BIG flavor! I bought a whole chicken, collard greens (only on Saturday), and macaroni and cheese. Now you know you can't trust everyone's mac and cheese but you can trust theirs! It was cheesy and seasoned, I was so happy when I saw pepper in it. The collard greens were seasoned and cooked well, there was still a little bite to them. 1 don't like mushy greens. The chicken was juicy and had a light smoky flavor that my pallet really enjoyed. Their mild and hot bba sauce was good. I also have to point out the customer service, the owner and the young lady who took my order were very polite. The wait time to get my order was longer than anticipated but it was worth the wait.
