Norikase - Modern Japanese Omakase & Sushi

Food is always good, but service is not. Cocktails take way too long to be delivered to the table and food could be served quicker too. There was almost no one at dinner tonight and service was still terribly slow.

An absolute hidden gem! The vibe is so cool and the staff beyond professional. The food is chef's kiss! I felt like I was back in Japan. Don't miss the crudo tasting.

Great food, service and ambiance. More pricey than any other high end Sushi spots on east or west coasts with an auto 20% service charge. A couple of our favorites, like amberjack were unavailable. Nobu in Los Angeles and New York are close in pricing to Norikase with no auto service charge, better dishes and better aesthetics. So a bit overpriced.

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with compliments. Everyone was so nice! The service was top tier and the owner was very kind and attentive. I enjoyed watching the chefs prepare sushi they were very kind and also answered my questions about what they were doing. It was very clean!!! All of the food was delicious and the seasonal drinks were great!!! I will be returning!!

The food and service were great. The happy hour menu was pretty good. I ordered off the main menu and the happy hour and my favorite roll ended up being the spicy tuna from the happy hour menu. The truffles mushrooms were really good and so was the spicy edamame. Old Fashion was also good. Venu was nice, modern asian style.

It was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had excellent service and left very happy. It is a pricey place and worth the extra money, but still a little steep. I will revisit.

we've been a "frequent flyer" of this place but yesterday we're very surprised to see our bill with a service charge without informing us of this new rule, not a fan anymore, with this new "service charge" we don't think it's worth it anymore.

Our server Carlos was great. The GM also came out and was pleasant. The food was okay. Nothing wrong with any of it but nothing stood out either. Great environment. Definitely a nice spot to grab drinks and a light dinner.

Great nigiri. Middling maki. Tempura had uncooked flour in it. Solid but overpriced. Stick to nigiri.

Service was exceptional! We had a very knowledgeable and helpful waiter and were so impressed. The upscale ambiance and beautiful decor was so refreshing to find in Jacksonville. The food is tasteful and exquisite. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

This is by far one of the most upscale restaurant in jax. Great athmosfere and vibe ! The sushi was amazing and drinks very good too. I had a bottle of sake and it was great. The head bartender Jorge was very helpful and professional. Great place.. Please keep in mind that it is VERY EXPENSIVE ! If you can afford and dont mind the $300 dolars bill for two people you will love this place.

Went here to enjoy delicious maki sushi for a girls weekend. The luxury roll was amazing, as were the Brussel sprouts and eggplant side dishes. We had and overall lovely time, thank you for your service Bri!
