The service was excellent. Our water glasses were conscientiously refilled; the waitress was friendly and answered our questions about the food. Only four entrees for dinner. The restaurant was mainly for drinks and specialty rolls. Nice decor.

Food is always good, but service is not. Cocktails take way too long to be delivered to the table and food could be served quicker too. There was almost no one at dinner tonight and service was still terribly slow.

I had the pleasure of experiencing their Omakase, and I have to say: it was worth every single penny. Each course was an elegant work of art, prepared with visible skill, care, and passion right in front of us. The entire experience felt on par with a Michelin-star level restaurant.
The atmosphere only adds to the experience, with a bar program that is easily one of the best in Jacksonville. The cocktails are crafted with precision and creativity — a true highlight of the evening.
Norikase is everything you could hope for in a fine dining sushi experience and more. It deserves to be recognized among Jacksonville’s finest!

An absolute hidden gem! The vibe is so cool and the staff beyond professional. The food is chef's kiss! I felt like I was back in Japan. Don't miss the crudo tasting.

There are not enough words to say about this place. The service is TOP tier. The drinks? Incredible. The food.. mouth watering. Fresh. Beautiful. This is a Michelin star restaurant without the price or dress code!!! 10/10 reccomend.

Great food, service and ambiance. More pricey than any other high end Sushi spots on east or west coasts with an auto 20% service charge. A couple of our favorites, like amberjack were unavailable. Nobu in Los Angeles and New York are close in pricing to Norikase with no auto service charge, better dishes and better aesthetics. So a bit overpriced.
