Sides like plantain, rice and beans, and Cajun Turkey Peanuts, some of the best ever, receive high praise. The homemade lemonade is refreshing. The owner’s personality makes customers feel welcome and the smoker itself is a show to watch. The food truck provides an excellent dining experience, with many customers planning to return. It is located on Main Street in Jacksonville and is considered the best food in a very long time.
