I've been to this location a few times and the results have been pretty good. However, this trip was not. Had the family feast with ribs, chicken, collards, mashed sweet potato and Brunswick stew. Although the meat has some smoke flavor, the ribs were not cooked thoroughly. I had to f8nish cooking them in my air fryer to eat them. The collards were crunchy , but were well seasoned. The customer service is lacking. The wait time for holding to place a to go order is exceedingly long. Additionally, the prices on their online menu is outdated. Called for a 6-piece chicken wing basket and an added side. The total was $18.23. Online the menu states $9.99. I completely understand inflation; however, please take the time to update your marketing.

For onion rings or corn nuggets, as a side, add $1, Okay, our choice. When our plates arrived, I had 4 SMALL over cooked onion rings and husband got 7 corn nuggets. Come on now! I paid extra and you gave me 4 SMALL onion rings. I don’t advise to add a premium side here! Our server was fantastic!
