Wasn’t expecting much when I pulled up. I got the half rack of ribs w/ 2 sides, the pink lemonade, and a piece of red velvet cake. Everything was delicious, however the Mac n’ cheese could use a little more flavor. The ribs were extremely fresh and tender. If the Mac n Cheese had a little more going on this would for sure be 5 stars. The owner was also a really cool guy.
Wound up stuck in Jacksonville for over a week. Stopped while driving by and was hungry . If you forget thank Jesus for your food, you remember after one bite it was phenomenal!!! Had to go back before leaving back to Indiana one more time . Yum ! 😋🤤
I had an amazing experience with this barbecue and soul food spot. From the first bite, you can tell the food is made with love and real skill. The barbecue was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the soul food sides were seasoned perfectly not bland, not overpowering, just right. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, like real comfort food you don’t get everywhere anymore. The portions were generous, the food was hot and well prepared, and the overall quality was amazing....
