I can not deny Pandas express on normandy has their issues.
But i will give the Panda Express on normandy a four star rating from me due to the customer service I've received recently.
I have consistently received outstanding customer service from a young lady at this particular location.
She always greets me with a smile , she is very helpful and polite.
She assist with preparing food when the store is busy to help get customers their orders in a timely manner. It is hard to find young people these days with great customer service attributes.
This young lady i'm referring to is Azalea.🌺 Thank you. Azalea🌺 , for your outstanding customer service, keep up the good work. Your attitude will help pave a bright future for you, along with prosperity.

I walked in and it was busy and fast paced, I appreciated getting my food quickly. However, when I got home and opened my bag to eat my food, the bowl was very minimally filled, maybe only 4-5 small pieces of orange chicken in BOTH bowls and less rice than usual. I understand the rush and stress in the moment, but it should not undermine the quality and service of the food we are purchasing. I have not had any previous issues with this at this location, this was the first time and it was just disappointing. I hope it does not happen again or to anyone else.

Ok, I realize it's a chain restaurant and I normally dont 5 star chains, BUT!! When the customer service is phenomenal and the food is banging, i have to make an exception. I would drive all the way across town just to eat here again, there is a new Panda around the corner from my house, I would drive around it in circles 5x's and the drive across town to eat at this location, plus they were open late.

I've been to almost every Panda Express in Jacksonville this is by far the worst one they're always running out of food and blaming the supplier also very slow
Absolute garbage location. Maybe I'm spoiled from eating on NAS Jax all the time, but this location needs training from the on base employees. The super greens were super browns, orange chicken was mushy, chicken teriyaki was bland, fried rice had no flavor, lo mean was crispy and dry. Avoid this location and just make the drive to Oakleaf or go to the base Panda (if you have access). Again, these employees need some training from the On Base team on how to prepare and cook the food.

Chow mein was mostly cabbage and barely any noodles. One of the rangoons had no cream cheese in it. Also the orange chicken was cold and had a bone in it.

This location can’t be real, it’s just too good to be true. But I’ve been here and seen it with my own eyes!
This has to be the best Panda Express on earth.
First night in town I got it delivered on DoorDash. Ordered a plate with orange chicken and chow mein (the usual). Ordered this a hundred times on campus in Tampa and not once did I ever get this much food, nor was it this fresh. I got it delivered 15 mins away at like 9pm too, and it was so good.
I couldn’t stop thinking about it all day the next day and it drove me insane so I got in the car and drove there myself to see it. It was late, they close at 11pm which is amazingly late, and I had very low expectations considering my past experiences on campus and the closeness to closing time. I stand corrected. Katee was so friendly and explained that what I saw was what they had left. I ordered the usual, and she offered to double my chicken up since it was the end of the night. Her attitude made me confident the food was going to be amazing even though it was almost time to close! She seemed almost more excited than I was that I was getting orange chicken 2 nights in a row. She was so happy about it I was starting to think she was going to join me for dinner or something!
The restaurant was clean, and I saw the employees off work for the night eating the food so I knew it was safe!
Every single employee wished me a good night and it felt genuine. Simply an unreal experience, best atmosphere.

Employees didn't approach us with a smile or hello. Asked for napkins to be put in napkin holder and was given an extra fork with a napkin. When I didn't take it, employee got an attitude and threw fork back in holder by register. Girl running register was very flustered, like she had no idea what she was doing. Our order was eat in and she bagged up our order after we said it was for here. Im not sure if I myself will return.

Great food, nice service.
the last few times we went there their food portions were half the amount we usually get. We usually order the teriyaki chicken 3 entree meal. There is supposed to be a full chicken breast for each entree. The 3rd entree is put into a separate box which is usually FULL. These past few times the separate box was only half full and the portions inside the meal container was also half for each item. They force you to rush to the cash register so that you can't watch them put the food in the containers and I see why. When you try to ask them to let you see that things are done correctly they get annoyed for having to do their very simple job. If you go there make sure you watch them carefully and don't let them rush you to the cash register before you see that they give you the correct portion sizes. If you go there with someone else make sure you go inside and make sure the food doesn't look old especially the wontons and eggrolls.
