I'm 45. I've lived in several states. I've eaten Chinese food from many, many Chinese restaurants. Panda Express, 6752 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville Fl. 32205, has THE best orange chicken I have ever eaten in my life! I recommend you to try even if u don't favor the flavor! It will not disappoint!

Last couple times I've went to this location in the evening after work. The first time they were understaffed and seemed to be arguing with eachother about a coworker who went on break. This last time we wait patiently and have our plates made (the food is ready to be bagged up) and the cashier just continues to assist the next customer and makes us wait an additional 10 minutes because they couldn't figure out who had what food. Will not be coming back to this location as it's obvious it's under poor management.

Two days in a row I went in and had to wait on rice to be cooked 30 mins got tired of waiting and left with no food . Went in the next day and all the food was empty and no one was cooking . I asked for the managers phone number and was told they had not number for there manager. It was obvious that there was no management in the building. By far the worst experience of my life

This panda express is such a disgrace like I want to give negative stars i understand coming into restaurant and having to wait a few minutes for ur food but tomorrow every time u try to eat there there is a 15 minute wait on almost 3-4 options EVERY TIME the employee act like u are ruining their day by stopping their to do business with them and if u ask for a manager they are rude as can be and basically flat out tell u no they ain't here and I don't got a number

Went to this Panda House just to get shrimp walked out not served after 20 minutes I do like Panda House food however I see why they only have three stars won't come here again

I like Panda Express just not this location. It sucks. There’s a little black girl behind the register. Don’t know what she’s doing. She’s letting other people skip the line making you wait longer. I’m so disappointed and don’t even think about going late because the food is old. it’s been sitting out. You can’t even get fresh food. I will never go to this Panda Express ever everagain.

My boyfriend and I came to this location for the first time. The night shift staff was so sweet and they served us quickly. We got everything we asked for with no errors, we even got some of their specialty drinks and they were so so good! Will definitely come back .

I come here often.. so I know what the average portion for a “bigger plate,” should be. The associate who made my plate. Her name was Fancy. Some short dumpy chic. When I addressed the lack of portion instead of fixing it she went on to debate me. I told her she was being difficult and she decided to argue with me in a very condescending tone. Instead of her fixing the issue I just place another order for a m soul side and paid for it without hesitation. You’d think if you approached an associate with an issue they would apologize and then look to correct it. I wasn’t rude and I wasn’t looking for anything free. If the new manager was present I would have bought up the situation to her. These young folks need to learn better customer service and communication.

I ordered online and received a message saying my food was ready. When you have a 30 minute lunch break and they tell you your food is ready to pick up but have to wait for them to cook it when you get there, is ridiculous. Then try to question you when you want to refund. I paid for a service.You said my service was complete. It was not.Please return my money so I can finish my lunch break somewhere else.

The chinese woman cuts on portions shamelessly. I barely had few spoons of Kun Pao in my plate, meat almost inexistent.
They are very slow in having food in trays in the mornings. Waited more than 45 mins.

LOVEEEE this location. I come at least once a week. Katee is so sweet & Fancie is so helpful, definitely goes above and beyond. I love Panda Express so I’m pleased to have this location!!! Orange chicken is always so good and fresh ALL
