Ordered thru drive thru -- simple Shrimp and Veggies... How hard is that? They took my money and told me to park over there and someone would bring it out to me. Over 30 minutes later my simple little order was never brought out to me. Other orders were brought out long after my order. DO NOT visit this location... Customer service absolutely sucks!! Someone forgot to bring me my order!! Ridiculous!

Don't bother coming for dinner , they always out of food or you wait 15 min because the service 5 cars to 1 person inside , so wait 15 to be helped and then 15 to cook the foodAnd if a delivery comes in they cut in front of you also .

I'd taken my employee out to lunch and the service was absolutely horrible. The food was good but you guys have to hire and or re-train the entire crew on customer service etiquette. It's very difficult to spend my hard earned money with people that have attitudes, throws the food in the plates and it's dripping everywhere, walks off while you're asking questions about the food as if they're tired of answering questions. I love the food because it's a healthier option for lunch but I will not be back to the River City location. And no this is not the first time

This location is awful. They are more concerned about the drive thru customers than the customers that are in the restaurant. They never have the string bean chicken breast. If it is not available, take it off the menu.

I tried to add a photo of the Big Plate that I just ordered to this review, but was unsuccessful. I did add the photo separately!There was NO BEEF in the brocolli beef serving, the orange chicken looked half cooked and I just decided not to try eating any of the meal!!Yesterday, I wanted to order orange chicken and brocolli beef with fried rice but was informed that it would have been more than an EIGHT MINUTE wait for the fried rice and the broccoli beef! I decided to get white rice and two servings of orange chicken.Last week and the week prior, I was informed that the only form of payment being taken at the drive thru was cash! Unfortunately I only had my debit card on me the week prior.I'm finally over it! Once I take this disgusting plate back tomorrow and receive my refund ... I WILL NO LONGER WASTE MY MONEY OR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!! SMH!!!;

Hadn't been to this location in a while but figured we'd try again and we were not disappointed. Went in the evening on 2/3. There was some confusion regarding coupons from the rewards, but the cashier (I forgot her name) could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Somehow my credit card ended up being charged almost three times the amount of the order, but that was probably due to the confusion. I called on Tuesday and manager Justine also could not have been more pleasant and helpful and made sure to make it right. The food was amazing as usual and the order did not take long to complete. Overall a five star experience and I will continue to go back to this location. Normandy needs to take note.

This place has got to be kidding me. Pulled up to the window and the person answered with “yeah” proceeded with my order, got to the window and all I could hear was gossip about someone and some other stuff while the window was open and was told I had to wait about 10 minutes for rice to be done. That’s fine. But about 30 minutes went by. This isn’t the first occasion either but I thought I’d give another chance. Not only that I ordered Beijing beef and instead got honey sesame chicken? I’m not sure how you mess that up but hey whatever. Worst service I’ve ever received.
