Hadn't been to this location in a while but figured we'd try again and we were not disappointed. Went in the evening on 2/3. There was some confusion regarding coupons from the rewards, but the cashier (I forgot her name) could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Somehow my credit card ended up being charged almost three times the amount of the order, but that was probably due to the confusion. I love coming to Panda Express. Although this location (recently) is dropping the ball. The last few weeks their drive through is “exact cash” only forcing customers to come inside. Tonight I stopped by and the portions they gave me were extremely small compared to what we normally get. Usually on the bigger plate, they fill the container for example. Ours was 3/4ths filled. It’s just disappointing. I hope this isn’t the new standard they want to keep with the portions.

I'd taken my employee out to lunch and the service was absolutely horrible. The food was good but you guys have to hire and or re-train the entire crew on customer service etiquette. It's very difficult to spend my hard earned money with people that have attitudes, throws the food in the plates and it's dripping everywhere, walks off while you're asking questions about the food as if they're tired of answering questions.
