So apparently if you order online for pickup in drive-thru they will not give you your food even if you go inside. I pulled up to the drive-thru and it was at least eight cars in the Drive-Thru so I decided to go inside to pick up my orde. Once I got inside the young lady told me because I ordered for drive-thru I would have to go through the drive-thru. So now I'm sitting in my car with six cars ahead of me meanwhilemy food sits up in the window and gets cold. Poor customer service...read full review
