Food great. Service not so much. Ordered at kiosk which told us to pick up our cups for the drinks at the pick up window. The lady working the pickup window got an attitude with us simply for asking where we could get the cups. Not sure why. We were doing what the kiosk told us to do and there is no other place to get cups... Unnecessary to be rude to paying customers. She even tried to get us to pay again for the drinks even though we clearly had 2 drinks on our order. Very bad...

I have been to all Panera’s in Jacksonville and this is the absolute best of them all! The staff is super friendly. The food is fresh and the restaurant is immaculate. I prefer this location above all!

What an amazing experience I had here. I love the food, love the service, and are just absolutely phenomenal. I love everything here, and it's hard to pick out what things I don't like. The employees are super easy to communicate with. They don't give you a hard time. It's just amazing to see that there are places out there like this one. Thank you, I definitely recommend it.
