Food great. Service not so much. Ordered at kiosk which told us to pick up our cups for the drinks at the pick up window. The lady working the pickup window got an attitude with us simply for asking where we could get the cups. Not sure why. We were doing what the kiosk told us to do and there is no other place to get cups... Unnecessary to be rude to paying customers. She even tried to get us to pay again for the drinks even though we clearly had 2 drinks on our order. Very bad...

I have been to all Panera’s in Jacksonville and this is the absolute best of them all! The staff is super friendly. The food is fresh and the restaurant is immaculate. I prefer this location above all!
