Paneras changed the menu.Got rid of the flatbread pizzas and changed the steak and white cheddar sandwich my wife likes. The replacements were so so.

There’s no Swiss cheese at Panera. No sliced roast beef. I like to order out. The menu selections are very limited. The sandwiches are a mess to eat. So much cheese on it that it’s unmanageable to handle.

An Utterly Disappointing Experience at Panera*I've had several terrible experiences with THIS Panera, but the last one was the worst. They sent my order through DoorDash, and it never showed up. (My mistake to do this over and over again) THIS ISNT CHEAP!!! When I talked to their staff, the manager named MIRANDA, she was super rude. It wasn't the first time something like this happened WITH their staff being so rude. They are usually aware of their mistakes and fix it right away. Not abstinent Miranda. She chose to literally FIGHT, start a whole argument with me, the customer.Miranda didn’t care at all and was really unhelpful. It’s not just about missing one meal; it’s about how she treaed their customer poorly. Because of this, I’m done with Panera and suggest others stay away too. They really need to fix their service. This situation alone could be chalked up to a simple mistake, but the subsequent handling by Panera's staff, particularly an employee named Miranda, transformed it into a complete debacle. Miranda’s interaction with me was shockingly rude and dismissive, lacking any semblance of customer service etiquette or empathy. Her behavior was not what one would expect in any service industry, let alone from a company like Panera, which claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. This wasn’t an isolated incident, but rather a pattern of negligence that has severely tarnished my view of the brand.The recurring nature of these incidents - from undelivered orders to appalling customer service - highlights a systemic issue within Panera that urgently needs addressing. It’s not just about a missed meal but about a missed opportunity to uphold basic standards of respect and professionalism towards customers. My experiences with Panera have been nothing short of horrendous. I urge potential customers to consider these experiences as they reflect not only on the company’s operational failures but also on a deeply ingrained indifference to customer satisfaction. Panera has lost me as a customer forever, and I encourage others to think twice before giving them their business.

Quite disappointing takeout experience this evening. Got home to set everything out for my girlfriend and me and: 1) Items from my order missing 2) Soups were cups when I ordered and paid for bowls. 3) After taking a few bites of my little cup of soup, I fished out a 2 inch dark black hair. Absolutely disgusting. Aside from that, I really wish I could depend on accuracy because I can't stand having to dig everything out to make sure I have it all...

What you order and what is get is completely opposite. The photo on the ordering display is very deceptive. I had to ask for extra food to be comparable to half of the displayed food. Check the photo for what was ordered and what was served.

The bathrooms are disgusting... they look as if they haven't been cleaned in months and they smell horrible. You feel dirtier washing your hands there than not washing them at all.

Ordered a pick two, creamy chicken wild rice soup in bread bowl-which was cold and didn't absorb the soup into the middle like it should. Alongside that ordered a Flatbread pizza with extra Pepperoni and it's like they forgot the extra part so they toasted the extra Pepperoni and threw it on top. Even the baguette on the side was cold. Like they brought it straight from the fridge and didn't even bother to warm it. Soup was really good but I wish the bread wasn't cold.
