Quite disappointing takeout experience this evening. Got home to set everything out for my girlfriend and me and: 1) Items from my order missing 2) Soups were cups when I ordered and paid for bowls. 3) After taking a few bites of my little cup of soup, I fished out a 2 inch dark black hair. Absolutely disgusting. Aside from that, I really wish I could depend on accuracy because I can't stand having to dig everything out to make sure I have it all...
02/06/24 around 7:50 pmI didn't get the chap's name, but I just went in for a lemonade, and he was cheerful and super helpful. Easily the best and quickest service I've ever had. He was wonderful, and the lemonade is as good as always!

There’s no Swiss cheese at Panera. No sliced roast beef. I like to order out. The menu selections are very limited. The sandwiches are a mess to eat. So much cheese on it that it’s unmanageable to handle.
