The manager Chris is very rude , Hostile & unprofessional I ordered online through the papa johns went for delivery and doordash delivered my food. They gave me the wrong order. When I called papa johns I told them I don’t want a refund I want my food and I can pick it up Chris said ok. I picked up my food and then Chris calls 2 hours later stating I had to pay and that he refunded me already I was confused because that’s not what we discussed I checked my account & called my bank there was no refund pending I let Chris know I will only pay for that order once over seen it’s been refunded he immediately got mad over talked me and was rude demanding I come back to pay and that the refund would show tomorrow I told him f the refund shows tomorrow I would come and pay for the order he got angry over talked me more and told me don’t worry about it he will void the order and don’t come back to that establishment I was so shocked that is so rude and just unacceptable I wasn’t trying to get anything for free just wanted to make sure I was really refunded before paying again my order was $30 I’m dissatisfied and will not be coming back to this location

I order at least 8 pizza's at a time on a fairly regular basis from this location for the company I work for. The pizza gets delivered. No credit card receipt is delivered. So, today when I ordered, I called & requested the receipt be delivered with the pizza. The person said, no problem. And if I did not get it, they would email it to me. Of course I did not get it. I called back, a very rude young man told me they can't do that. So, what is the point of ordering delivery if I cannot get the receipt for our accounting office. So, we have to go there & get the receipt. We will NEVER use this location again!!

First, the gentleman who took the order did not speak well . Then after being told 30 to 35 minutes, I called after 50 minutes and a very rude man said it was on door dash or Uber. I had to contact them. Nothing was said about them when I placed a delivery order!!
