Criselda and French are friendly and welcoming. Criselda recommended the Riverside Classic poke bowl and it was delicious! I enjoyed eating it by the river with my husband for a mini quick sunset date. I will definitely be returning to try their other menu choices.
Amazing food. Very fresh ingredients. Definitely will be returning. Have already been spreading the word!!!
Delicious! Hubby and I both tried the P3 bowl! I asked them which one had a lot of ingredients and that was it!! The owners are very nice, too! We will be back! One wish: an Asian noodle option as a base.

Based on reviews, Makai Poke & Musubi is an amazing spot in the Riverside area of Jacksonville that offers authentic Hawaiian poke. The flavors take people right back to Hawaii, with fresh ahi salmon and options like the Spicy Hawaiian Salmon and Volcanic Yuzu Ahi, both topped with furikake and scallions. Every bite is packed with flavor and texture, and nothing feels boring or repetitive. The Spam & Egg Musubi features incredibly creamy and delicious egg, while the spam musubi is also delicious. The lemonade and pineapple drink are refreshing, especially in the Florida heat. The atmosphere is cute with a very chill vibe that feels like being by the beach. The staff is super friendly, and the service is great. While the salmon furikake could use a little more salmon or furikake, and the air conditioner wasn't working, it was otherwise a great experience. This is exactly the kind of concept Jacksonville needs, and customers definitely will be back often.
