Visited the Riverside location today and it was HORRIBLE. Food wasn’t fresh , kale and lettuce was warped, carrots was dried out. Eel & Krab meat wasn’t cover .I tried ordering something that needed to be prepared and to my disgust, Tempura tasted as if it had been reheat in the microwave and texture was chewy as well as a like of flavor. Seaweed salad and mango chunks were HOT… Raw FISH setting out without properly being preserved to maintain the correct TEMPERATURE !!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE eating this style of dish on a regular.. HOWEVER !! It MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT !! NOT WORTH THE TIME , MONEY OR RISK .. A GUARANTEE EXPRESS TRIP TO THE ER !!RUUUUUUUUUUNNN !!! I say THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO DO A POP UP VISIT AND BRIEF THE OWNER AND IT’S EMPLOYEES OF FOOD HANDLING POLICES ALONG WITH THE CORRECT WAY TO NOT ONLY STORE FOODS .. ALSO THE IMPORTANCE OF MAINTAINING IT’S CORRECT TEMPERATURES .

Walked in at 11:40 am and I ordered a house bowl and tried to order a mango milk tea with brown sugar boba(1 of the reasons I came here) and he tells me the Boba is not ready. You open at 11:00 why isn't it ready yet? Don't know if I will be back. Was really looking for a good poke bowl place and I guess I will keep

A woman brought her dog in here. That is disgusting... I hope he wasn't in there so he could be turned into the latest poke bowl.Dogs don't belong in restaurants, this wasn't even a service dog, just some woman's pet.. The Asian guy behind the counter was licking his lips and I never saw the dog leave the building... Very sketchy.

Best poke I've had in a long time! I really like the vast amount of DIY options they have and the service is always really prompt. Everything is delicious and it's such a great meal to grab and go. It's that combination of good value and fantastic quality that gets harder and harder to find these days.

Me and my friends got milk tea. It wasn’t the best we’ve ever had, but it was still good, especially considering how relatively cheap it is. I also got a bottle of water, and I was informed the cooler wasn’t working. But the employee was nice enough to give me a cup of ice to go with it, which I really appreciated.
