I had a great visit to this Papa John’s location. Everything was clean all the meat and food was fresh. I met Gavin who listened and put my complicated piece together with no problem. I’ll give them five stars. We love you Papa John’s.

I got a pizza without cheese and wanted some garlic parmesan put on top. The staff did it but was scolded in a very unfriendly tone by manager I believe. I asked why and the manager, I believe her name was amanda, said they can’t charge for it. I understand that but it’s such a small ask, and if it means I have a a happy customer it shouldn’t be a big deal. More so I’m just unhappy to hear how the manager spoke to her cashier, very unfriendly and rude.

Please, please, please create a hygiene protocol that limits the use of HAND SANITIZER, LOTIONS, DETERGENTS, PERFUMES, etc. The pizza is being handled in a way where some type of chemical is contacting the food and it needs to be addressed ASAP!!! This is the second time I've tasted parfum/fragrant residues on the pizza crust. Please, corporate, proprietor, somebody, address this with staff...... Other than that, the product is overall on par. I'll revise this review...
