There are boxes stacked everywhere so aesthetically it’s not pleasing, but the staff was friendly. The pizza wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t great either.

I placed an order for pizza, among other things. When I got home, I realized that they didn't give me the right pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. They gave me a pizza with extra cheese and no sauce. Well, it was late, and I didn't feel like making my way back up there, so I put the pizza away and came back the next day, only for them to tell me that I had only a 30-minute window. Why they have such a crappy policy, I don't know. It's not like they could have resold that pizza that I opened. Anyhow, the pizza only cost $6.99, so it's not like I wasted a lot of money. It's their stupid policy, but I will be sure to leave a bad review on the BBB. What a crappy company, still.

I Live 30 minutes away and they were the only ones that had anchovies at the moment so I placed the order And made a mistake but quickly called back and fix a mistake With the veggie pizza because the person I ordered it from was allergic to tomatoes so I called back within the same minute to correct the mistake that I made and they told me that everything was all good. And they would remake the pizza. I don’t know how they made it that fast unless they’re selling me something that wasn’t fresh. So she told me It will take about 10 minutes to remake the pizza, which was fine with me. I drive all the way there for them to tell me they didn’t make the other pizza and I would have to take it with the red sauce. Then someone else came out from the back saying they can remake the pizza. It would be about 15 more minutes, which is very inconvenient because I stay 30 minutes away. I will never come to this location again

If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely trash service, they lied about my order being ready and made it wrong. I do not recommend at all.

I don’t even know where to begin, or how to express my disappointment and irritation with this location. We’ve had issues with this location probably 3-5 times now, to the point that we almost always drive to a different location instead of doing delivery because the website only allows us to select this location for delivery. I mean, driving on Blanding instead of dealing with incompetence, bad attitudes, rude management, careless staff, etc.? Sounds like a better option to me!

There’s always SOMETHING wrong with an order here. Always. Something! Forgetting part of our order, delivering an hour late, cold food, soggy pizza, the list goes on. We decided to give them another chance tonight, it’d been a long day and we just wanted pizza (I would also like to add that Papa John’s has always been my favorite, and I have never experienced this many issues with Papa John’s or any other restaurant/establishment for the matter). We ordered two hand-tossed pizzas this evening. They arrived early (credit to our speedy Dasher). They were SO thin, as thin as the paper plates we were using! I thought maybe I’d made a mistake and ordered thin crust, but alas, I did not. I called and spoke to a manager, who neglected to provide his name, and attempted to rectify the situation. He very rudely advised me that they don’t offer medium thin crust pizzas - why, yes, that seems to be a bit of a problem for both of us then, doesn’t it? He told me I could bring the pizzas in to exchange them. You mean the pizzas I just PAID AND TIPPED to have delivered? Are you serious? That’s your solution? I just wanted a refund or the pizzas to be remade and delivered again - but here we are. “That’s just our policy,” I think someone at corporate would beg to differ (oh and other managers in your store who HAVE corrected previous issues).

He was rude and unprofessional. Why wouldn’t you want to solve the problem? How would you feel if it was YOUR food? This place is a joke and I would stay away, far away, if I were you. They give Papa John’s a bad name.

I have submitted feedback at a corporate level, and am waiting for a response, I’m hoping that goes better than my conversation with this disrespectful, unprofessional manager.

The workers here were very rude and took over 3 hours to give my pizza

Horrible experience for the last time at this location. Delivery order, two pizzas and breadsticks. Driver had one pizza and one order of bread sticks. I asked about the second pizza and he looked puzzled. I showed him my order, receipt and even the box had 1 of 3 and 3 of 3. But the driver didn’t speak English and shoved the boxes at me and said “you take”.

Called the store and they acted quickly, said they would remake the pizza and deliver. Disappointed because the pizza they delivered 30 minutes later was cold and I’m quite positive it was the original the driver left behind. Total waste of time.

Two girls at the front would rather turn people away than find out where a missing order went. Glitch in their system, had my receipt, email, order number, charge on my account and showed them and they told me to dispute with my bank they couldn’t see my order. After finally getting a manager, order was found and replaced but not before the IT dept called to tell them that their system did in fact have a glitch despite my having all kinds of physical proof. Glad we didn’t leave without food and just dispute it with our bank like the unhelpful girl at the front demanded we do.

Do they still include 1 garlic sauce per pizza? If you use the coupon that states "4 dipping sauce cups for $1.99", it really means 3. They count the garlic sauce that normally comes with the pizza as 1 of the "4". They put a sauce in each corner of the box for a total of 4. I was expecting a total of 5 with that pizza(?). The employee was argumentative that it was correct. Did I pay extra for the 1 sauce that's included or did they stop including 1sauce?
