I live right around the corner from Pizza Hut on superbowl I could not place a order with them. The app was down and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I put an order online here easily it was ready in 15 minutes when i go inside they have a army back there working hard for us. Thank you papa John's for have you stuff together on the busiest day of the year for pizza and wings.

Hookah Head sat in street typical dasher and when asked if he was delivering pizza he grunted and said Doordash. Went back inside and realized he was the delivery person. By then pizza was cold. Never again...expensive and no way to leave feedback.

Turns out Ashley is pretty popular in the review section ?I’ve never had a problem with this store, always had great service and food. We just ordered a pizza from here only to deal with a store manager that wanted to play games. We waited for over an hour for a pepperoni pizza that was delivered cold, I can understand if the delivery drivers were behind and needed more time but to be quoted “38 minutes delivery “ to deliver a cold pizza is pathetic. When I called the store manager(Ashley) she referred us to her “boss” and I was put on hold only to talk to the same woman. She did not offer a refund or to remake the pizza even when suggested we bring the pizza back in exchange for a new one, but all she wanted to do was quote store policy about slices of pizza eaten when only 3 had been touched. No offer of making the moment right for the customer experience here, just referred me to her “uppers” and she said “she would let them know 3 slices had been eaten”.
Consistently bad….not sure why I gave them chance after chance to prove otherwise….food is always lukewarm at best….its like the drivers don’t use hot bags or something ?! Filled out survey and thought the manager would address it….no such luck.

Got pizza on the way back from work late one night. Food was prepared and ready to go when I got there, so that’s great. It wasn’t as expensive as some other pizza places, but takeout is always a little pricey these days. Their pizza was exactly what I expected - decent. All in all, this is a safe, reliable choice for pizza.

I was right in front of the restaurant. They told me they don't offer that service and I asked them if they could please just be nice and bring it so I don't have to get my daughter in and out of her car seat. He still said no.... When I mentioned it to the lady inside, she said they're not staffed for that... There was a MINIMUM of SEVEN ppl in that store at the moment and not one of them could find 10 seconds to provide an ounce of customer service? Just wow! Will not make the mistake of spending my money here again.
