I've been seeing this guy named tj at oakleaf for years he is the most friendly and helpful young fellow . I love when he in there and I come he knows his stuff about the chocolate and tells you what your sampling. I thinking of placing a big order at christmas would only want to deal with him

I finally got my Dubai strawberry chocolate cup! Price was steep but conveniently located!
Store hours say 10am, I’m here at 10:10 people are outside waiting and the store hasn’t opened.
Owners of this location were really on top of communicating with me on an issue. They did rectify the issue.
No Dubai cup with the sign outside saying they are selling them… and 4:50pm and they close the doors even do it says they close at 5pm disappointing

I've given this place a few tries after the management change, but it's extremely hit or miss. A few years ago the ladies that ran it were so kind. When you came in everyone was in a great mood, eager to help, and they always went the extra mile for their regular customers. Went in to shop before Valentines day, and was barely spoken too. People behind the counter weren't smiling, etc. No one seemed like they really wanted to be there. Everything I purchased was good - so the quality of the chocolate still seems great, but the atmosphere could use a little help.

Terrible service. When I’ve gone in to get gelato the lady sighs and seems annoyed. Time before we walked up at 730 and the young man had already locked the doors looked up and ignored us to continue texting. Now it’s 630 and we went to get gelato and it had been “put up” because it needs to be put up before closing but closing is at 800. Had to tell the kids no gelato after dinner because it’s put up 1 1/2 hours before closing. Not sure how they are still in business.
