What has happened? We had a disappointing visit to Peterbrooke Chocolatier! It is nothing not like it used to be! Chocolate pecan clusters are a third of the size for $2.50 each and 2 rounded tablespoons of Gelato $5.25 each. It was so sad looking with no taste! Will not be going there anymore... ?

This Southside Peterbrooke has INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Detria and Jasmine are AMAZING!! They both should be the PLATINUM STANDARD for your stores. Detria provided VIP SHIMMERING DIAMOND experience with her vast knowledge of the various basket offerings and assisted in selecting the PERFECT gift for my departing director. Jasmine was incredibly professional, kind and patient as I described the gift I was hoping to find in store before arriving. Thank you for HIRING THESE TWO LADIES!! I WILL ALWAYS PATRONIZE this location with FANTASTIC associates like these!

I drive to this peterbrooke because it's the only one that sells a certain chocolate I eat. Today I met Bruno who took care of me and was an absolute delight. Great customer service and amazing chocolate is so worth the 25 min drive.

Awesome limoncello gelato! Definitely I will be back soon.
High quality handmade chocolate. The only caveat is the high price, but all food products are way up nowadays. We tried their Gelato and it was amazing, too. Even the kids could taste the difference.
