This company has ZERO online support. It seems that emailing them through their portal is pointless as they do not respond. ( I have sent several emails) I had to call 5 different retail stores to get help with an online sale. Not even the people in the store knew how to navigate the site. Now that I finally got some help, the email coupon they sent me has expired. NOT FAIR.
