Phillp Sushi is hands down one of the best (if not the best) sushi restaurants in Jacksonville. The two best rolls... "Out of Control" and "Godzilla Rolls" with soy paper are hard to beat!!
Not recommended! Service sucks! Ramen too salty! Sushi smells like rotten fish. Never coming back to this place! I marked it OFF LIMITS on my GPS to avoid just in case I forget! Oh lord!
