Pie 95 makes great pizzas and has become a regular spot for our family, but I hope management will consider a few pieces of feedback:
1) Price consistency: Online orders include processing fees (credit card processing + platform), which are understandable, but each pizza also costs an extra dollar compared to in-store pricing. I only realized this after seeing the in-store menu, and it feels a little sneaky.
2) Phone orders: Recently, phone orders haven’t been accepted during peak hours. For customers hoping to avoid online fees, this option is helpful.
3) Pickup process: Please have the pizzas ready at the time we request (within reason, of course). I understand the intention is to ensure orders are hot, but my pizzas are almost always fired only after I arrive to pay. The staff often says it “only takes a minute,” when I place orders, but that hasn’t been my experience. I’d simply like to be able to arrive, pay, pick up, and go.

Sparkling clean restaurant with the best meatballs appetizer and fantastic pizza. We had the white pizza with sausage and artichokes - superb thin crust and a squeeze of lemon made it sensational. We have had pizza in CA, NYC, CT and Rome - and the owner, Evan has created something wonderful. He is genuine and makes the experience at his restaurant, a delight! What a gem!! Kyle and Mike
Hubby and I ordered the carnivore pie and enjoyed the outdoor patio. The staff recommended we top it with hot honey, and that was definitely a good call. The pizza came out hot and fast, and it was delicious. We chatted with the owner on our way out, who was a super nice guy. We're here visiting Jax from Tallahassee, but definitely adding this place to our list of favorite Jax places, since we usually come once or twice a year.
