Food was prepared quickly and correctly. Service was good. They were however, out of brownies 😢.

Delivered wrong pizza and missing item order. Tried for over 20min to get someone on the phone to fix. Said they would refund card and never did. Tried calling back 5days later to ask about refund and was hung up on and then put on hold for another 20min to wait for manager. Never got through and never got refund. Abysmal experience

Delivery was missing an item and had an incorrect item. Upon calling to have this corrected we were met with being told they were busy and it would take an hour to have the order corrected (after already waiting 45 minutes for the original delivery). Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had incorrect deliveries. 0/10 recommend, there are so many better pizza joints around and now Pizza Hut isn’t even convenient or reliable.

Everyone is very courteous and hard-working, this is probably thanks to Miranda’s leadership.This young lady deserves high praise.Every business should have a person like her running their establishment.
Every time we order from Pizza Hut we only do because it is the only pizza place that it is open late and they unfortunately always mess up our order something is missing Pizza is messed up and they overcharge us like crazy. I would need a refund and at least be thankful for that. And still have not gotten a refund on any of my missing items ...

Lazy big african guy and big lady. The don't care about time and nothing if you rush them they pass you to another customer..they look like sleep walker.
Ordered delivery 12/10 at 11:03 am. Pizza arrived at 11:58 cold and stale via door dash. Pizza box was sitting on the dashers front seat uninsulated, apparently had the air conditioning blowing on it for 30 minutes.... terrible experience.

The dough on the pizzas were raw! My pan pizza was nothing but grease and raw dough, my other pizza that I requested to be well done was still raw. Absolutely disgusting! The was by far my worst experience with Pizza Hut! I took pictures because words can’t express how raw the dough was!
