very small place but that's normal for pizza hut nowadays. the employees are always polite and fast. never had an unfriendly encounter. the food is fresh and prepared as fast as they can. usually takes about 12 min when they aren't busy. delivery is an option through them directly so no worries with the driver eating a slice. a delivery fee will be added of course. most times it takes 30-40 min to receive the delivery in this area. placing your order online is the best way to order. they always have deals online and building the order yourself increases your chances of getting a great meal. on the off occasion they do mess it up, they will prepare the correct meal as fast as they can. this location is pretty busy so things have always been fresh for me.

This manager Tiffany is the worst. Second tine ordered online because they say they wont honor the price if you call to order! Added the specifications to the notes as advised and she stating they do not look at that or go by that so if they are confused they cant clarify the order so they mess up the order twice now yo blame the customer wth ? And the pizza has too much sauce this isnt a pizza its soup.

Best pizza i have had. The general manager is always there and willing to help with a smile on her face. The crew is seems to really enjoy being there and that is always nice to see when you go into a place. The store is always clean and put together when I go into there.

Had the $19.99 deal and it wasn't worth it at all. The pizza tasted like cardboard, the boneless wings look like chicken nuggets without the sweet n sour sauce, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks sucked as well. The cinnamon sticks stuck to the box and it looked like nothing they advertise in the commercial. Pizza hut should stick to what they know. What's that saying if ain't broke, don't fix. To be honest all pizza places are going downhill. No wonder these places are doing as well as they use to. Maybe they should shutdown this pizza hut. This is my own opinion. Suggestion you order it and see for yourself. Not everyone will hate it I'm sure. You need to make up your mind.

The young lady that works there Adriana she’s really incompetent. If you take someone’s order you have to see it through. Not go do something else and leave them sitting there because the rest of the staff doesn’t know why we’re there in the first place. Meanwhile our food was sitting in the oven while she was off doing something else. I’m thankful the guy asked what did we order because there’s no telling how long we would’ve been sitting there waiting on our order that was ready 10-15 minutes ago. Unbelievable. Definitely a thumbs down for her. 👎

At 5 p.m. I called to order and was on hold for 23 min and they never came back to me. I drove up to the shop and after waiting for 3 people ahead of me was told they were out of personal pan pizza. It was $2 personal pan pizza day. They had plenty of pizza dough and toppings because they offered to make any other pizza for me. When I mentioned the personal pan pizza I was told oh man sorry, we are out of those. They could have told me that on the phone. It is a walk carry out shop. It looked reasonably clean. I did not order a larger pizza because Papa John's across the street had a sale on larger pizza. I did not want to pay more for a larger pizza I wanted two personal pan pizzas but I paid less for the larger pizza at Papa John's. Pizza Hut how could you run out and not be able to make more? Maybe you order in pre-packaged pizza doe for specific size pizzas... Smh disappointed more by the poor handling of running out. Dumfounded at the phone hold time. Papa Johns has live people and it takes like two min to order. Please help me want to come back....

I have been trying to call the store and talking to customer service, of whom also can't contact the store since before midnight. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I have food sitting there that I put in the app to be delivered and the app after taking my address and information marked the order as carry out. I have no way to pickup order. Very angry that nobody is picking up the phone or just turned it off 😞 I definitely want my money and tip back. 5/31-6/1
