Called on Saturday night at 1125 pm to place order and was told they were closed for cleaning purposes for an inspection the next day on Sunday ? That’s odd I work in the restaurant business and never heard of an inspection on sundays? I literally live less than 5 minutes away and could have gotten there before it was ready did not know Pizza Hut operates like that

This was by far the WORST experience i’ve had with PizzaHut. I ordered delivery through the website and my order was transferred to a DoorDash delivery driver. The Doordasher got to me and it was someone else’s order?!? Nothing close to what I had ordered. The Doordasher told me that when she arrived to the store the employees were outside and appeared to be high. Why are y’all just handing orders off without checking the names? I’m also a little irritated with the dasher not checking the names as well. This is unacceptable!

Ordered pizza for delivery to the hospital where I work. It was for a birthday celebration luncheon. The pizza was supposed to be delivered at 12:30, but didn't get here until well after 1:00. So we couldn't have our luncheon. Do not use this company for delivery.

As long as they use door dash for delivery I am done . Ordered at 7:09 delivered at 8:19. Was texted at 7:44 thatDoor dash was supposedly to deliver by 8:03 wasn’t picked up till then. Then tracked them making deliveries going away from my address. I’m tired of spending $30 for cold pizza. And cinnamon sticks under cooked. Then having a call service “supervisor “ tell me “I can call and get the eta”. I’m tracking them, I don’t need him to call the store. I’m tracking the progress. And have him have an oh well attitude. Pizza Hut has been declining for years but I think they have finally hit rock bottom. Good bye Pizza Hut
Found a ham bone the hard way, becareful places are slipping in quality, with a mention that the bread sticks have been altered, the pan pizza has been altered, not sure what but it did not look or taste the same, buyer beware.
