Sucks
Im pregnant with twins and love planet smoothie.
Never been to this location but it was near my Dr’s office. But opposite direction of mt home. Was having such a craving I went here.
Arrived at 3pm on a Monday and they are CLOSED? Google says they’re open
Have yet to have a place of food service invoke my wrath of hormones until now.

I ordered a Peanut Butter power up smoothie on the first of this month online and it went to the southside location instead of the Old St Augustine rd location. So, I called the southside location and Iyonah help me out and gave me a credit for the same smoothie that I purchased online and to come in when i can when she is there to pick it up. I was running late for work and couldn't make it there at the time and I really appreciate the customer service??❤️ Thank you..

The customer service was 10/10 if you go I recommend speaking with I’yonah she was the representative at the counter she helped me pick out the pb&j dragon fruit smoothie it’s a must try ?definitely will be back!

I placed an order on Sunday 12-31-23 at 9am because your store was supposed to be open at 9am even with it being New years eve. As I approached the store at about 9:20am I noticed it was dark inside so I waited for about 15 to 20 more minutes, as i was waiting I looked up the contact info to your store got the corporate customer service email and proceeded to explain to corporate that I paid for items online and drove 30 mins round trip out of my way because your's was the only store advertised to be open at 9am and when I got there it wasn't open even though there were TWO signs posted on the windows stating it was supposed to be open at 9am. I just want my money back and I won't be back!

I DON'T recommend the MR. I got the passion fruit one with meal replacement and the taste of the meal replacement was potent and tasted like a medicine. I was very sad. On the other hand, the person i went with got the strawberry coolada which was good. More slushy like than smoothie but the strawberry twist of the piña coolada was wonderful.

The staff here was super friendly and helpful, making several suggestions to my friend and I, while being awesome overall. Loved the selection and my mango protein smoothie was delicious.

Have tried to come here on 3 separate occasions during their business hours, and always closed even though the sign says open.

Clean location. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I'll be back to keep trying new things on the menu!
