I placed an order on Sunday 12-31-23 at 9am because your store was supposed to be open at 9am even with it being New years eve. As I approached the store at about 9:20am I noticed it was dark inside so I waited for about 15 to 20 more minutes, as i was waiting I looked up the contact info to your store got the corporate customer service email and proceeded to explain to corporate that I paid for items online and drove 30 mins round trip out of my way because your's was the only store advertised to be open at 9am and when I got there it wasn't open even though there were TWO signs posted on the windows stating it was supposed to be open at 9am. I just want my money back and I won't be back!

Staff was kind and helpful and place was clean but man was the bowl disappointing. Definitely premade and the fruit was definitely a day over ripe and portions were small.

I LOVE Planet Smoothie. So on my way back to Orlando from Tallahassee I makes myself to the closest one only to find out no one is there. It closes at 8pm and it's 6:32pm. No note, no explanation.

I DON'T recommend the MR. I got the passion fruit one with meal replacement and the taste of the meal replacement was potent and tasted like a medicine. I was very sad. On the other hand, the person i went with got the strawberry coolada which was good. More slushy like than smoothie but the strawberry twist of the piña coolada was wonderful.

My favorite smoothie to go place! Place is clean, and staff is super friendly. They have Keto smoothies, which is hard to find, and the staff goes out of their way to make any substitutes necessary to please the customer. Their prices are in the same range as other smoothie places, so I have no problem with their pricing. If you are on the Southside, it is definitely worth a try! I know they have now changed their hours, and are open at 7 am and close at 8 pm. I believe their have been problems in the past with the store closing early, but i believe that issue has been fixed and they are now open with their posted hours!

Today is the 5th time that this place has randomly decided to close WAY early. Their hours say 8pm on their window, 7pm on Google, and they are closed at 6:15pm for whatever reason. I literally give up. Don't waste your time with this place.
