What a shame they changed their flavor.The avicado salad. 9.99 d was terrible. The one who was devoted to the jousts was seen. It was more lettuce than avocado.The chicken cold and dry. No flavor.It's not the same anymore.

The worst customer service in the fast food business. I stopped coming for 6+ months because of the last employees. Now the new ones are worse. They don't want you there and mumble/ignore you and give you dirty looks.

The food is just okay, it’s never consistently fresh.The service is okay, the workers always seems frustrated and not wanting to help.For the location you’d expect better service. Who ever is managing this place needs to really look into retraining.

I’m not one to complain I go here all the time . The last couple times I have gone it has been meh . But today I ordered 1/2 chicken mash pot and gravy with yellow rice . My chicken was pink , my rice is so crunchy it’s inedible and I didn’t get gravy on my potatoes.the worker I ordered with was very very very rude . I have tried to call many times no answer . I’m disgusted in the food.

We had a larger group and pushed tables together to accommodate our party. Everyone loved their food selection and raved about the lemonade. Clean restaurant and great staff.

I like Pollo Tropical cause I just like the slightly burn taste of the grilled chicken breast. They probably use liquid smoke on their meat. Either way, I like it, plus it's healthy. I like their mash potatoes cause they are not powder form they got real potato chunks. The corn is OK. Their Mac and cheese suck. But everything else is OK. My only real complaint is that they mix up my order sometimes. But then again every fast food restaurant has that one employee who messes up your order. I love the all natural lemonade. The price is fair for the quality of food you get. You are going to spend about 10 to 12 dollars at the grocery store to get the same food per person, plus you have to cook it.

My husband and I visited Pollo Tropical because we have eaten at the locations in Miami. There's definitely a difference between the Southern chains & the Northern

Ordered a Charasco chimichuri Bowl. Didn’t get the chimichuri which is literally half the title. Portions I got about 2oz of rice and only 3 halved pieces of a normal steak slice. So 1 1/2 steak. Ordered a large drink, I had it before and I know damn well they just gave me a small cup. So for the price of about 18$ you bet this was awful. And the stank that the employees give to their guests just repulsive.Just because it’s drive through doesn’t excuse you to screw up someone’s meal to this extent especially for that price.

I made an order online, they charged it but the store was already closed, around 10:30 a.m. when the store closed at 11 and they told me that the store was closed from 10 a.m. PM everythingI'm tired of calling and writing to customer service and they don't answer me.They were the first to collect but no one showed up to assist me and return my money.

This place consistently leaves out big items when I get delivery. It's as if someone is saying "oh that's Marie, she doesn't need the chicken, just send beans and extra rice". Then I forget and order again because my son likes it and I didn't want to cook, like tonight. I ordered the family meal, the big one that comes with a whole chicken and roast pork. I DID NOT GET CHICKEN OR ROLLS. It's almost comical if I wasn't looking forward to the chicken. It's my fault really. Reminds me of past lover that I knew wasn't good for my peace but...anyway...maybe go inside if you want to go. Check your before you leave just in case you're also on their "Imma Give You What I Wanna Give You" list.
