This is the best Popeye's around. They are always so friendly and the service is quick. The food is pretty good, especially for fast food. I appreciate being treated well, good customer service is so rare now days. I highly recommend it.

this is the third time ordering at this location. Please tell me what sides come with a six wing order? ordered multiple and received no biscuits no side and wasn’t even asked what type of sauce i wanted. Last time using this location, Terrible service

I am an in-store pickup / drive-thru customer who frequents this Popeyes location, and unfortunately this is not my first bad experience here—but this one truly took the cake.

I arrived at the drive-thru and placed an order totaling $25.25, which included:
• 2 thighs
• 2 wings
• 1 breast
• 3 orders of fries
• Mac & cheese
• Mashed potatoes

I was asked to pull forward and wait under the sign while they prepared wings. I waited over 30 minutes before any food was brought out.

When the food finally arrived, the order was incorrect. I pulled back to the window to address it, and the cashier told me, “Oh, we ain’t got no wings nor thighs.”

At that point I asked why I was instructed to pull up and wait if the restaurant could not fulfill the order. They then located only three wings, stated that DoorDash orders come first, and closed the window.

This is completely unacceptable. I was a paying customer, placed a valid order, waited over half an hour, received incorrect food, and was then dismissed. In today’s economy, customers should not be treated as less important than delivery apps.

This location needs serious attention from management and corporate. Poor communication, long wait times, incorrect orders, and disrespectful service are ongoing issues here.

Today I went to Popeyes for my lunch break and I asked for the $5 fav which was the three-piece chicken I did not get the pieces that I asked for nor did I get the side condiments that I asked for so I had to turn around and go back to Popeye's when I came in I was very much so greeted by the staff and they were very nice and Miss Mary made sure she fixed my order completely and she made sure I had everything that I needed I am very appreciative of her spirit because I am on my lunch break and that made my day much better I know Popeyes is very busy and I'm very busy and I appreciate them even though it was a mistake they fixed it with a smile thank you Miss Mary

Long long waits and $40+for 2 people to eat, without any coupons: 1 coke, 2 cold slaws, 2 mashed potatoes w/gravy, 3 pieces of tiny chicken breast & 3 tiny chicken legs. And has anyone noticed how small the chicken pieces are lately? Also, no one answers the phone....ever! This means no complaints, right?

Take out..The manager was very rude the customer service was horrible tonight the employee hung up in my face when I ask for the manager due to the manager telling him to do so without even taking the call to see what the issue was
When Mrs Rachel is in there the resterant is never ran in such a way.I am very angry and this is very unacceptable especially for a manager

The employee who took my order he was very rude. If a customer doesn't understand what you are saying, please don't tell them what I ask you. Rude and nasty, and the managers need to correct them

A little slow but all around good I do say if you want to use a gift card and it not a plastic one(cardboard ish)you can't use it in store but I went in the app and added it there!
