The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ms. Helen greeted us with a smile and even checked to make sure everything was good with our order while we were eating. Definitely one of the better stores.

My husband gave me $20 so I can treat myself. Well this wasn't a treat more like a lesson learned. That was nasty.

Went in to order food, the front staff ignores you. I hope this is not a factor in our service, I'm 47 my wife 44. We were standing at the counter for close to 20min, still ignoring us. My wife got upset about the service and they were joking about the whole thing.

We will not be back, Ms. Rachel.....

While my visit to Jacksonville was not one of enjoyment me and my family got the opportunity to stop by Popeyes and met Mrs Helen who truly showed us great customer service not only was she patient with us placing our orders but experienced how passionate she is about her job as well as her customer she and her staff went out of their way to make sure we had a excellent experience at their establishment oh and the Chicken was definitely fresh and hot.

Went through drive thru and order a 14 pc family meal. There were a few people already in the lobby so I expected to have a bit of a wait. But to my pleasant surprise I didn’t have to wait long at all n the food was so hot and fresh. Ms Helen has the best attitude and personality. All around great experience!!

Went to this location the guy stated they have to cook the chicken ,will take 20 min asked for fries they were out , instead got mashed potatoes and then they said they didn't have no spoons or forks , was on lunch break sad service .

Staff was ok. They were young and there was no real care for anything they were doing. My chix tenders were not cooked long enough, they have me a large R&R and a small size CSlaw( both should have been small).

To be honest I was gonna wait to do this but the fact that others health and kids are at risk is what makes me decide I'll be doing this today , whoever has covid In this location should of been the one who got fired , not me , but someone did come into work instead of letting someone there know they had covid or the flu probably bc they were scared theyd end up getting fired ....but it got me sick as a dog and others are at risk of getting sick bc of someone being inconsiderate and selfish,,, so without being said if you wanna get sick and go to the e.r with your friends and family to test if you have gotten the flu or covid this is your best bet

Psa : I don't get sick very often at all I was perfectly healthy until I started working for them and the symptoms started coming on my first day working ,it was just a sore body and slightly scratchy throat but it just got worse the more I came into work, now after being at my house and getting the meds I need I'm feeling much better.

Edit : you know how you can be better ? By not replying to me and firing the whole crew tbh
