We were so looking forward to finding a good Italian restaurant in our new neighborhood. Unfortunately, this is not it.
The hostess was friendly our waitress didn’t know how to smile. We started with calamari and it was not cooked properly and was like shoe leather. Probably frozen. I had my favorite, eggplant parmigiana and my husband had fettuccine carbonara. If you can make these two simple dishes you can make anything. The eggplant was frozen ( I’m pretty sure)and the carbonara was pretty bland. The bread mediocre at best. The wine list was ok but the wine we drink, at $14 a glass was not that great. Considering it’s about 8.00 a bottle in Trader Joe’s. Our total bill for the night…$134.00. No dessert, no salad,
When asked how our meal was because we didn’t eat a lot I said the eggplant was awful. Sorry was the reply and nothing from the kitchen. Could have been handled differently.
We’ll keep looking. There had to be a good Italian restaurant in our local area.

Came in for dinner during a week night around evening time, there were lots of seating available. Dim lighting - romantic atmosphere, good service. I had the chicken francese, it was great!! Strong in flavor! The gnocchi were soft, it was all right - I’d prefer the sauce creamier. The bread was lovely but the olive oil with balsamic vinegar missed on a stronger olive oil.
The staff was welcoming and helpful.

This was a great find. Staying at a Airbnb just down the road. Walked to the restaurant. Food, service and hospitality was top notch. The owner George came and sat with us after dinner. Gave us a free bottle of wine to try which he recommended. It was fabulous. Then gave us a shot of lemon chello which was absolutely perfect after dessert. As an ole Georgia Country boy, one of the best times I've ever had at a restaurant. George Thank You for making us feel as we were a part of your place. We hope you come visit us at our southern cabin and paradise. An unbelievable evening....

Quaint and authentic. This place leaves little to be desired... The food took me straight to Italia, and the service is unparalleled. Was quiet enough for a catch up with an old friend, but would be equally perfect for date night. Glad I stopped in!

Went with several friends on a Tuesday night which wasn't overly busy. Ordered our beverages and 3 appetizers which seemed to take longer than expected to hit the table. Things went down hill after that. Waitress disappeared for 30-40 minutes before taking our orders. Food took close to an hour to make it to the table. Trying to sort out the checks was a nightmare. I was charged for 3 entrees, 1 too many.

The one positive was my entree. The Grouper was some of the best I've ever tasted. As much as I liked it, don't think it's worth the 3 hours our group spent there.

It's been two weeks since I ate Primi Piatti and I still cannot forget the experience. The food - unforgettable! The ambiance - nostalgic. The service - old-fashion, traditional, reminiscent of fine dining of a lost era. The owner came and greeted us. Finding out we were celebrating a birthday, brought out a slice of heavenly limoncello cake, so light, so sublime, simply elegant. A voyage of the senses.

You would think by how slow service is and how expensive everything is that the food would be good. They charge fine dining prices for food that is bland and tastes microwaved. $26 for a linguine Alfredo that tastes like it comes out of box and doesn’t even come with a protein is absurd. Service is incredibly slow and dull for such a small place. My favorite part was leaving.

After dinner at a nearby restaurant, we stopped here on a whim just for dessert, and ate outside since it was a nice evening. My husband ordered chocolate mousse cake, and I got tiramisu. Both were *excellent*. And both had the tiniest smidge of sauces on the plate that were so good, we asked about them, and were told it was a kiwi sauce and a raspberry sauce. So then we ordered a piece of ricotta cheesecake to share, and requested that it be *doused* in those sauces. And that was amazing too. The man working was super friendly, and actually ended up giving us the cheesecake for free!
