service was terrible. paid for my food and showed proof and they refused to give it to me and proceeded to argue about how it was my "bank" and not their system when I showed proof the money got taken out. 0/10 don't recommend. and I saw roaches in there.

I gave this 2 stars only because the holiday roll we got was good but do not get the ramen bowl. No flavor at all and all soup. Was not a fan at all for the money. This is no ramen I've ever ate. I guess I'll stick to the grocery store ramen because it tasted 100 times better.

Shrimp tempura roll was really good + the shrimp sauce! I got a build your own bowl with katsu chicken & steamed shrimp. I asked for shrimp on the side and it came in a very small container & was cold. I asked why it was cold & the girl shrugged lol .... The bowl is reaaallly rice heavy vs the toppings so it was just okay. This is in a really great & popular plaza. There is street parking and always people leaving due to the nature of a lot of grab & go places. Not sure if I'd be back, but it was a fine to go choice when I was out and about tonight.

Brought my parents in for sushi while they were visiting. The man taking our order totally disregarded my mom’s order. Once all of the food came out and we were asking about the sushi rolls that my mom had ordered the man said, “you only asked, you didn’t order” in a loud tone. He was very rude and several customers placing to-go orders came back to have their orders corrected. Staff isn’t very friendly and, what I assume is the manager, she be more attentive when people are placing orders.
