VEGAN FRIENDLY:(Original Meal Has Beef)One of the hardest parts about being vegan and going to dine out or take out is having trust that the restaurant knows clearly that animal products and do products are not ok. I'm amazed this place isn't packed. The food was absolutely amazing and filling. I live about an hour away, but I would make the journey back here. I got the Japche - I've had glass noodles before but this was a whole new level of flavor!
