Terrible terrible terrible service!!!
We are currently at a lunch for my sisters birthday. Reserved section was not ready when we got here. Food service was ridiculous…the birthday girl waited over an hour for her food. Everyone was done eating (party of 20) and had to-go boxes and her food was still not out. Thru offered her a free drink for the wait…really!!! The drinks were made to perfection, the music was a vibe and if I had to rate my overall experience it’s a 10/10 in the City of Jacksonville.

The restaurant is located within a hotel, but the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu features standout dishes like bang bang shrimp, oxtails jerk fries, and pasta with oxtails that are falling off the bone. The portions are generous, and the flavors are amazing.
However, some customers have reported issues with the service, especially when purchasing a table or booth. Servers have been known to disappear after taking orders and fail to return to check on customers or fulfill requests. The music volume can also be an issue, as it can become too loud at certain times, making it difficult to have a conversation.
