Rita Italian Ice and Custom Service is always good but unfortunately when I go there the drive thru window is the only option to order and get the Italian Ice. The inside looks good but never is open for public.

Worst experience i ever had going to Rita’s. The manager seemed a bit racist. The wait was long, speaker broken and when i got a flavor that was not sweet at all, he did not want to exchange it. Will never be back here. I would rather drive further to the one on the beach. Poor service, attitude and management since we have to order at the window and be met with such a nasty attitutde.

i left the house to get a quick ice cream cone from rita’s. i went in cause i saw a car in the drive thru but the lobby was closed for something private(no issue). i went to the drive thru and the same car was there sitting, i was waiting for a good 10-15 min. i’m not an impatient person but an ice cream cone shouldn’t take that long from any business. i left and went down to whits (same quality it’s just rita’s is nostalgic and closer to me) got my ice cream and passed rita’s going back home just to see the same 1 car in the drive thru.

Just spent $18 on a milkshake and their version of a blizzard. Neither cups were full and it was way too expensive! Never going there again. DQ is much better and half the price!

My family went there yesterday. No music, very dark and then my son dropped a peach ring on the floor we got a napkin and picked it up. Then we looked at the napkin it was black. Floors looked like they have never been swept or mopped.

I had the Frozen custard and did not like it at and was just nasty I'll never go back and will goto either Culver or Freddy's since they are 100 tome better. Now I will say the worker where very nice only good thing about it.

Great Rita's quality as always! It was disappointing to find the indoor seating area closed. It's much easier to enjoy your treat when you're not driving or having to sit in your car to eat it. I realize sometimes those things can't be helped, but it was disappointing.

Just came to this place. Drive thru light was on and it’s supposed to be opened until 10. Mo one came to the window to at least advise that they where close, the employee walk pass by us several times completely ignoring us. Very disappointed very bad customer service.

We went last weekend an hour before close and everything was closed down, so we went to Whits instead (5/5 would recommend). Tried to go to Rita’s again this weekend 2 hours before closing and we’re able to go through the drive-thru. I have been wanting a sampler tray so bad but unfortunately they were out of a lot of the supplies and didn’t have the tray to do it, or any medium cups. I got a gelati, which was good but nothing to go back for. We also got 2 peanut butter mixers. They were good. The woman who took our order was very friendly and hospitable.Drive-thru only; which upon reading the updates has been since 2020. I’m surprised they haven’t created a solution or work around to whatever is preventing them from opening the dining room yet.Also, I think it’s worth adding that the menu set-up is incredibly confusing and could use a good makeover.
