i left the house to get a quick ice cream cone from rita’s. i went in cause i saw a car in the drive thru but the lobby was closed for something private(no issue). i went to the drive thru and the same car was there sitting, i was waiting for a good 10-15 min. i’m not an impatient person but an ice cream cone shouldn’t take that long from any business. i left and went down to whits (same quality it’s just rita’s is nostalgic and closer to me) got my ice cream and passed...read full review

Great Rita's quality as always! It was disappointing to find the indoor seating area closed. It's much easier to enjoy your treat when you're not driving or having to sit in your car to eat it. I realize sometimes those things can't be helped, but it was disappointing.

We went last weekend an hour before close and everything was closed down, so we went to Whits instead (5/5 would recommend). Tried to go to Rita’s again this weekend 2 hours before closing and we’re able to go through the drive-thru. I have been wanting a sampler tray so bad but unfortunately they were out of a lot of the supplies and didn’t have the tray to do it, or any medium cups.
