Amazing spot! The bruschetta, and calamari, were all fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The pizza was the highlight—crispy wood-fired crust, tangy sauce, and generous toppings. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and authentic Italian taste. Can’t wait to come back!

Our team recently had our team building luncheon (we work remotely) at Rosalia’s and we had such a great time, we enjoyed the great food, camaraderie and atmosphere! From the appetizers, to the soups and salads and entrees, everything was so delicious and they give you plenty of food that most of us had to go boxes when we left. They were so good that I even ordered to go for dinner later, with extra garlic rolls which were yummy. Shout out to Cole who took our orders and delivered them to our table without any hitch and to the chef(s), who cooked our food to perfection. We also met the lovely owners Rosalia and Dante who obviously take great pride in making sure that their customers’ Italian culinary experience is exceptional. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes and bring my husband along so he can try the margherita pizza. What can I say, if you love authentic Italian food, what are you waiting for? Try Rosalia’s, you won’t be disappointed!

On my visit, I tried the Eggplant Parmesan, and it was delicious. The eggplant was nicely breaded, then layered with tangy marinara sauce and melted cheese that stretched with every bite. It had a good balance of flavor and texture—hearty, and satisfying.
The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel warm and inviting without ever being rushed.
With its cozy setting, Rosalia’s is a spot I’d return to—and next time, I’m trying the pizza!

🔥 Grant is the pizza wizard. I don’t know what kind of magic he’s working back there, but every slice hits just right. Crust? Perfect. Cheese pull? Unreal. Flavor? Next level. Dude knows his way around an oven. Respect. 🫡

Went here tonight for the first time with a large group for a birthday party. They could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The food was all super fresh and delicious. Our table got a variety of different dishes but every single dish was incredible. I have a rough time eating at most Italian restaurants bc of a dairy allergy, they had serval pasta dishes that I could eat and I could be more thrilled to find a new place to eat. I will definitely be back! Thanks for your incredible hospitality.

The wedding soup, veal franchase and eggplant parm remind me of eating in my favorite places in NJ. I often sit at the bar and get excellent service from Rosalita. As I am watching the pizza and calzones come out of the kitchen I am equally impressed. The place is great for couples or large groups!
