food was delicious, (very small servings) considering the boring atmosphere and being around awkward and rude staff. i would definitely NOT be coming back. parking was also very hard around this place. id go eat somewhere else next

So.. first of all, food wasn't that good, the low mein was good, but the rest (sesame chicken and rice) wasn't at all..kinda disappointing.then, the service was crazy slow and he forgot our food and we waited for more than 20 min for it.It wasn't thaat bad, but I wouldn't come backAND THEY BRING THE CHECK WHEN WE WERE EATING! we didn't asked for the check and even when the restaurant was empty.. I find this crazy rude, I hated it in genera.

This is an authentic Chinese dim sum experience. The server was very attentive and friendly. The food was tasty and delicious. They have a family owned and operated feel and it shows. It was slow and we felt like we were having lunch with family. Definitely will come back.

When I walked in the man was rude from the beginning. We never been there before and I wanted to try it out. I didn’t have the menu in front of my face, so I was a little bit slower when ordering. He was rude when I asked if he had tap and was shaking his head like DUH. He was acting like it was a bother to take my order. The food was regular and small portions for the price. Just go somewhere that actually knows how to treat their customers. Very rude.

I went to the front desk to pick up my food and I said I am here for pick up. The “owner” or “manager” shook his head and didn’t immediately assist me. He didn’t say hello..So then he asked my name and he said it will be a few minutes and I need to have a seat. At this point, I’m already hesitant about eating here, but I waited for my food. The food was ok. Not excellent and didn’t make me ever want to return especially due to the horrible customer service. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

This is probably the best dim sum experience in Jacksonville area… me and my wife travel quite often hunting places for dim sum’. This place is located in downtown. The authentic vibe surely piles through on the food. The quality of ingredients shines through from the first bite. A good tell on dimsums is when you can smell the fish sauce or dried shrimp added to the stuffing as fillers. You will not be disappointed. The soup dumplings and shrimp steam dumplings are amazing. Customer service was A+. Pricing is very cheap and the portion size is awesome the dumplings are all super sized.

The Dim Sum was delicious.Authentic Chinese food on spot.The owner/manager has a bit of a dried humor, some people might find that rude.At first I thought the man was quite rude and somewhat bossy toward his customers, but at the end I realized his personality was more on the sarcastic side and dried humor.Nevertheless, the food was top notch.

From walking in I assume it wasn't going to too great but once the food stated getting to the table I was Happily Surprised. I had about 5 options from the dim sum menu all delicious but the Pork Buns ?? were my favorite in addition with Singapore curry rice noodles ?. To top it off we were served by Donald and he was literally the best, funny and great to talk to. Thanks again

Just tried S&R Dim Sum Friday and can say with all honesty I would never recommend them to anyone. The old man at the counter was extremely rude. He kept rushing and shouting at us all while constantly cutting us off from what we were saying. It was the middle of the day and no one else was there so definitely no excuse for the behavior. After finally getting our order placed and seeing how much we were spending: the troglodyte stopped raising his voice. He then made it a point to demand we wait outside for the food while we waited the 25 minute wait time. Had it been up to me,we would have just left; the company I was with decided to just avoid confrontation by paying and waiting outside. Long Story short : S&R Dim Sum blows hard. Take your money literally anywhere else.
