Only one waitress for the entire restaurant. They gave us the wrong items, I told the runner as that’s the only one who approached the table and we never received the correct side.
Ran out of a drink and didn’t get a refill offered until the receipt was given at the end of the meal.. which by that point I stopped eating a long time ago. Most wasn’t her fault but I’m unsure why they have 1 for the entire restaurant. No one received attention.
Food was sub par as well. Figured all locations would be similar
in quality.

I want to preface by saying I’ve had good meals here before, but will not be returning after my experience yesterday.

It seems like we came during shift change and so the waitress was covering a lot of tables on her own. We were patient and polite, it took a little while to get our order and drinks but we had chips and salsa so made the best of it.

It started to go left when I got my food. Everyone gets a plate except me, mine is still cooking apparently. I only got tacos though so it was odd that something so simple takes so long. Instead of carne asada tacos I’m brought carne asada as an entree.

When I tell the waitress it’s wrong she’s literally looks to the left as if I’m not even there and says she’ll work on it in a pretty short tone. I’m soft spoken and so it was kind of jarring to me that she reacted in such a way. I wasn’t aggressive or unkind in my delivery. I assumed she was overwhelmed and felt bad to add to her stress but at the same time I just wanted my food. Once everyone finishes eating I get my tacos and the bill.

We see she added the tacos and charged $0 but the $20 carne asada is still on the bill. She’s avoiding us at the computer for awhile and finally comes back and goes, “do you want me to take the steak off too? It’s only $5 difference so didn’t think it was a big deal.”She knew the entire time that she kept the wrong and more expensive entree on the bill.

I’m not sure if a manager ever arrived, we asked to speak at the restaurant and they weren’t there. We called at 6:07 when they were supposed to come in at 6 and they still weren’t in.

This Mexican restaurant has the best salsa! Reasonable prices and great service. I'll be back soon!

Food is good but service was super slow. And the pitcher of margaritas was extremely weak. Not worth the money.

Worst most bland chicken salad Ive ever had. Also got charged $2 more for Chicken. Menu said beef or chicken $10. When I mentioned that she took my complaint back but the bill was still $2 more than it should have been. Very few people ore here. Not a good sign at 12:30. More staff needed. Seemed one person trying to cover it all.

Just went here for dinner yesterday and the carnitas super burrito might be the best cooked pork I’ve ever had! The employees were nice and service was quick! Only thing was it was hot in there but with the amazing food and people I can live with the heat lol! Will be going back regularly!

I just moved to Jacksonville and decided to look for Mexican food ? I looked at the reviews of this place and it seemed perfect!! When the waitress who served us arrived, she was terrible!!!! He had a face that could barely handle it ? he served us reluctantly and gave us very little attention!!! It might be because we are Hispanic (Mexicans to be exact) and apart from that the restaurant is super hot I don't know if the place is always like that and the air conditioning doesn't work oh what ? the food tastes good but more flavor is needed in their sauces and for certain dishes They need more attention!! (THAT IS THE PERCEPTION I GAVE FROM BEING MEXICAN)

I love their service, food and drinks! Highly recommend the California burrito with their house hot sauce paired with a house margarita. My whole meal was under $30 and was completely satisfied!

Sadly, they close 1/2 hour before they say. Family of 4 arrive at 9:30 pm after long drive only to be met with a “sorry we’re closed”. Hours were till 10 pm. Decent food when you can get served.
