I came in here with very high expectations from the good reviews, i must say i am sincerely disappointed at the fact that the mexican ancestors and all mexican organizations had to contribute into this establishment. I am currently in their bathroom right now after getting food poisoning and their service is horrible, had to wait 3 hours. Never coming back again.

The heat is broken on the record coldest night I. 30 years. TELL CUSTOMERS BEFORE YOU SEAT THEM. SOME PEOPLE DO T ENJOY EATING INSIDE A REFRIGERATOR

Salsa was not very good and it was the main thing I came for. It gave me marinara vibes. Someone added oregano or something, it was seasoned like spaghetti sauce.

Only one waitress for the entire restaurant. They gave us the wrong items, I told the runner as that’s the only one who approached the table and we never received the correct side.
Ran out of a drink and didn’t get a refill offered until the receipt was given at the end of the meal.. which by that point I stopped eating a long time ago. Most wasn’t her fault but I’m unsure why they have 1 for the entire restaurant. No one received attention.
Food was sub par as well. Figured all locations would be similar
in quality.

We have eaten at other Salsa restaurants in Florida and thought this location would have the same quality of food and service. WOW, were we wrong. First off, the restaurant was hot, since the AC was not working properly. The waitress was by herself because the upcoming dinner wait staff were late in coming to work. After several minutes, she finally brought us water, but couldn't take our orders because several other customers were also waiting. Then when our orders were taken, I ordered the Carnitas Plate with salsa verde and a Margarita. My husband ordered a combination plate of Chili Colorado and Chili Verde and a Margarita. The meals arrived. My plate was very hot, but the food luke warm. The margarita was more mix that anything. My husband's food arrived also on a hot plate, luke warm as well. Instead of Chili Colorado it was meat used for tacos Al Pastor. The Chili Verde was just the same as mine. The margarita with no taste of tequila. I suppose many of their customers have not had real good Mexican food and therefore, they can fool them. I will not stop at this location again. I cannot recommend this place, sadly.

I want to preface by saying I’ve had good meals here before, but will not be returning after my experience yesterday.

It seems like we came during shift change and so the waitress was covering a lot of tables on her own. We were patient and polite, it took a little while to get our order and drinks but we had chips and salsa so made the best of it.

It started to go left when I got my food. Everyone gets a plate except me, mine is still cooking apparently. I only got tacos though so it was odd that something so simple takes so long. Instead of carne asada tacos I’m brought carne asada as an entree.

When I tell the waitress it’s wrong she’s literally looks to the left as if I’m not even there and says she’ll work on it in a pretty short tone. I’m soft spoken and so it was kind of jarring to me that she reacted in such a way. I wasn’t aggressive or unkind in my delivery. I assumed she was overwhelmed and felt bad to add to her stress but at the same time I just wanted my food. Once everyone finishes eating I get my tacos and the bill.

We see she added the tacos and charged $0 but the $20 carne asada is still on the bill. She’s avoiding us at the computer for awhile and finally comes back and goes, “do you want me to take the steak off too? It’s only $5 difference so didn’t think it was a big deal.”She knew the entire time that she kept the wrong and more expensive entree on the bill.

I’m not sure if a manager ever arrived, we asked to speak at the restaurant and they weren’t there. We called at 6:07 when they were supposed to come in at 6 and they still weren’t in.

Food is good but service was super slow. And the pitcher of margaritas was extremely weak. Not worth the money.

Worst most bland chicken salad Ive ever had. Also got charged $2 more for Chicken. Menu said beef or chicken $10. When I mentioned that she took my complaint back but the bill was still $2 more than it should have been. Very few people ore here. Not a good sign at 12:30. More staff needed. Seemed one person trying to cover it all.

Just went here for dinner yesterday and the carnitas super burrito might be the best cooked pork I’ve ever had! The employees were nice and service was quick! Only thing was it was hot in there but with the amazing food and people I can live with the heat lol! Will be going back regularly!

We have been several times and it is always tasty with friendly servers! It is in a central location so it is our go-to Mexican place.
