Green Curry Paste (Mae Sri)
Maesri Green Curry Paste is a popular brand of Thai green curry paste. It's made with fresh green chili peppers, garlic, chinese ginger, shallot, lemongrass, salt, sweet basil. kaffir leave, sugar, spices, galangal, and fresh coriander. It is the spiciest curry paste color.
Red Curry Paste (Mae Sri)
Made with a dry red chili base, this paste is less spicy than green curry paste but has a hotter flavor. It contains dried red chilies, garlic, shallot, lemon grass, salt, kaffir lime, sugar, galangal, spices, coriander seeds, cumin, and cardamom. This paste is great in Thai fish cakes, stir fries, and curries.
Massaman Curry Paste (Mae Sri)
Maesri Masaman Curry Paste is made with garlic, sugar, soybean oil, dried chili peppers, tamarind juice, shallots, salt, lemongrass, coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, bayleaves, cloves, makrut lime, and galangal.

Chili Paste (Mae Sri)
It's called Nam Prik Pao: A roasted red chili paste that can be used in tom yum soup, stir fries, and as a spread or dip. It contains soybean oil, plum sugar, garlic, shallots, dried chili, tamarind juice, fish sauce, salt, dried shrimp, and basil leaves.

Had the chance to try this place while in town and it was a really good experience. I had the Gui Tew Ped; the duck was crispy, the broth was flavorful and delicious however i did drop a star due to the noodles clumped together a bit at the bottom. The dish wasn't ruined but made eating it a little difficult. Also got the Gyoza and Roti for an app and it was cooked perfectly. I would gladly recommend it to everyone.

We looked at google reviews and saw the high rating to this restaurant. We had the Tom Kha, Chefs Special ( a fried crab with onions and mint(?)). Dont get the Tom Kha. It is bland and watery not rich how its supposed be. The Chef's special was good but not great. The staff was not friendly. They were just going through the motions. We were the first ones there so maybe too early for them.

Ill give it another try but not for a while.
