Clean, Gteat Location to Ice Hockey, Well Staffed, Reasonable Priced, Loved the River View. Minor complaint- bathrooms need exhaust fans, parking was pricey but I'd rather pay for safe parking. Overall 9/10
I want to thank Jorge for above & beyond and superb excellent customer service and support! He gives customer service a good name. The many times that we enjoyed our experiences at the Shor Tarven was thanks to Jorge. The food & drinks were delicious every single time. I was at the Hyatt Regency for our National Elk IBPOEW Convention and the Shor Tavern was our go to for breakfast, lunch & and dinner! Dinner was as if with family. Able was our waiter who was ready to help guide us through the welcoming menu. He provided frank comments that help guide us in our selections...he was on target!
