You guys gave us the best meal ever. Smothered pork chops with hot and sour tender, Mac and cheese was so nasty. But my favorite was the cabbage. My mom’s from Philly and needed one great dish yo go home and tell her friends about, the ribs did it. She was praising them the entire time. Bravo to your staff.

The food was good, service was good, helpings were a little small is my only issue. And sometimes they are larger. Never know lol I used to go to a similar place on Blanding...its not nearly as good . I like shut em down better.

The food was okay. I expected some tasty, satisfying dose of flavorful soul food and got "meh" instead. Nothing bad to say. I wouldn't order again because I was looking for grandma's "soul" food. Ordered two of the family fried chicken, family meat loaf, green beans, rice, Mac n cheese, potato salad and a drink that I thought was a family drink and wasn't. The sides don't match portions for family size.
