Simonetta's Brick Oven Pizza Bus

Absolutely delicious! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, and you could immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The cheese and sauce were flavorful and perfectly balanced, and the crust—oh my goodness—the crust was absolute perfection: crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. I was so impressed that I almost ate the entire pizza in one sitting! Truly one of the best pizzas I’ve had since moving to Jax. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

My husband and I while on vacation in Jacksonville, we came across this location. If you are looking for quality pizza, great atmosphere and A+ customer service, you must visit. We loved the bus concept and the owners (father/son) are so hospitable.

Great pizza great price. Everyone was very friendly and they got it done quick. I ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza and a pizza with pepperoni, black olives, and red onions. All the ingredients were super fresh and very tasty. Me and my family will be coming back for sure!

Whenever I’m on the West Side, I always try to make a stop at Simonetta’s Pizza Truck. Just look at this gorgeous Bianca pizza! You can practically smell the garlic and cheese through the picture. Everything is so fresh, and you get that perfect brick oven flavor in every bite. They're consistently fast, super friendly, and always serve up quality. Definitely make a stop for these amazing guys—you won’t regret it!

The pizza is fresh as a delicious. Best pizza in Jax. The location threw us off as we didn't realize it was in a bus. They do have some outdoor covered seating. I wish we would've discovered this place sooner. We met the owner as well and he was extremely friendly. We ate the Bianca and it was delicious.

Ordered the works Pizza, got there in 15 minutes to pick it up as instructed. The pie i got was at least a couple hours old, mushroom and pepperoni were cold. Very disappointed.
