Best comfort food in Jacksonville. I haven’t tried anything on the menu I haven’t like!
Place is a taste of childhood. I feel like my grandmother cooked this up for me. Very friendly staff, food is amazing, I only scanned the menu and they had so many different items that I need to try soon! I went with the bistec encobollada(steak and onions). The hot sauce isn’t too hot but full of taste, I also order some ceviche with tostones and I’m blown away. I will be back it’s that good to me.
Puerto Plata located off of Blanding Blvd, serving some authentic Dominican food. I was helped by an older man at the front, he was very kind and gave me great recommendation on what to order. The taste of the food was ELITE, I ordered the oxtail with yellow rice and red beans and the taste was amazing.
