Von, that was working the front was so great. His customer service was a 10 out a 10. Most fast food workers don't want to be there and don't care and are rude. But people like Von makes you want to come back. He was wonderful. Great job. He needs a raise!!!

This location has horrible customer service. No one checks in with drive through customers while waiting at the box. Whoever is working makes it seem as if they are intentionally making you wait longer so you can just leave and it worked!

I came through the drive through to order a sonic blast for my 2yr old daughter and was told I was not able to plodder a mini without buying a meal… which is not stated on the menu… it even has it listed as a size with a price of $4.29. I had to talk to the manager and was still told no; so I bought a small. All I asked for was vanilla only and when I got my “blast” that was in a regular cup with a straw lid I only received half the cup of ice cream… they had out whipped cream for the top half of the cup. This was a waste of money and my time as it took 10 minutes for them to give me my “vanilla only” ice cream when I was the only customer. I also was not advised of my piece by the cashier, she just took my card and didn’t give me a receipt, which I had to ask for. I will never go to this location again.

We ordered 2 of the new Pulled Pork BBQ Cheeseburger combos. We were extremely disappointed with the sandwiches. There was barely any pulled pork on the sandwiches - maybe a teaspoon on each one. There was no BBQ sauce on either sandwich, and no cheese either. The buns were squashed flat. Nothing was as it was advertised. I realize that it is a new menu item, but location personnel who prepare them need to be trained better, and on-site quality control needs to be improved. Each order was over $8 - vastly overpriced for what we received.

I love sonic food but as of now, at this location, the drinks are nasty, they aren't being made correctly. the food isn't as good as it should be. Ive got breakfast burritos and I tasted the wrap. It was skimpy, flat and small. Definitely not worth $4
