This location has horrible customer service. No one checks in with drive through customers while waiting at the box. Whoever is working makes it seem as if they are intentionally making you wait longer so you can just leave and it worked!
I came through the drive through to order a sonic blast for my 2yr old daughter and was told I was not able to plodder a mini without buying a meal… which is not stated on the menu… it even has it listed as a size with a price of $4.29. I had to talk to the manager and was still told no; so I bought a small. All I asked for was vanilla only and when I got my “blast” that was in a regular cup with a straw lid I only received half the cup of ice cream… they had out whipped...read full review

Von, that was working the front was so great. His customer service was a 10 out a 10. Most fast food workers don't want to be there and don't care and are rude. But people like Von makes you want to come back. He was wonderful. Great job. He needs a raise!!!
