Poor service. Staff blames worker shortage. Bottom line, if you cannot properly operate the business, don’t open.
Their ice cream machine isn’t working! We were only told by the server after ordering online and paying for our order. Nowhere did it tell us shakes were not available . . . Not on their menu board nor on their online menu. Apparently their machine hasn’t worked for several months now. And to top it off, they can’t refund your money at the restaurant, you have to call to receive a refund. Why can’t they get their machine repaired/replaced by corporate?
