Wheelchair accessibility: Cashier asked two customers to wait, literally said "I need to help an employee" then proceeded to take the employees order, then took our orders after ? Wow. Really ? Damn no wonder I don't own Starbucks stock. Additionally there is a homeless person occupying an entire four seat sitting area laid out with the wheelchair. Come on, get management to at least address it.

i’m very disappointed at my last visit. I ordered my Emperor cloud missed and a sandwich before I headed into work. It gave me a pick up time of 6:52. I arrived, and my sandwich was in the waiting area and I waited patiently for my drink. The young lady who was fixing the orders, never acknowledged me at all. To her credit she was fixing all of the drive-through orders, the mobile orders and also taking orders at the counter. When I asked how long it would be as I arrived at 6:58 AM and it was nearly 10 minutes late, and I didn't want the sandwich to get cold. I was told my order was down the line. They were fixing other order that came in after mine. I was there so my order should have been priority. The young lady grabbed the cup to make my tea and set it down and begin working on other items when I just asked specifically for an ETA on my order. I received my order roughly at 7:05 nearly making me late for work. What is the purpose of an online ordering system if it is not going to be processed in the allotted time? it’s quite concerning that the manager on duty did not step in to help and organize the situation.

I like to get the bacon & egg wrap & half the time it’s frozen inside. The atmosphere is odd due to a large table in the middle of the store and it’s not the cleanest location. Service is why I’m writing this review. There are 2 people who are outstanding (middle aged bearded guy & brunette who wears a coral red lipstick. They are 10/10) but most of the others are horribly rude. They just hand you the order out the window without a word and quickly turn around. They need serious training! The girl with the maroon-ish orange-ish hair & the tall trans girl are the worst. I asked how they were doing one morning and the cis girl said nothing. Just turned around awkwardly and the trans girl said, “all I know is I gotta get the hell out of Florida!” Really? Why am I paying $20 every morning to interact with people who have zero customer service skills. It’s awkward, it’s not a great way to start your day, and there are other options that are more affordable with properly trained staff.

I ordered from a Starbucks in Baymeadows and didn’t realized until I was miles away that there was no coffee in my coffee drink. Mandarin location remade my drink without hesitation! It was perfect! Thank you!

Have been coming to this location regularly for about a year. The drinks are always well executed but the staff isn’t the most friendly and sometimes a bit snappy. The manager is the sweetest, I wish the rest of the crew could at least say hello!
I pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:30 a.m, their website says that they open at 5, but I sat there for a long time without anyone acknowledging me. When I drove past, I saw people inside. Will never return to this location
