I placed my order in the app and paid for it in the app. So all I had to do was pick it up. I had points so it only cost less than $5 for a venti Carmel frappe
Great Starbucks location that looks nice and new. Inside and out is mostly clean and well kept. Location is solid and has good parking. Barista was friendly in the drive thru. They made our mobile order very fast. One of the better locations in town.
Great experience at this drive-thru Starbucks in San Jose! The staff was fast, friendly, and got my order exactly right. The line moved quickly, and my drink was perfect. Definitely a convenient and reliable stop when I’m in the area

This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives consistently positive feedback for its exceptional service and inviting atmosphere. The staff is repeatedly described as fast, friendly, courteous, and exceeding expectations for customer service. They add a friendly, personalized element to what they do that is exceedingly rare. The service runs with an efficiency that Apple would likely envy, and the caliber of individuals behind the counter makes it truly special.
The interior is clean and roomy, with easy access to bathrooms with no code. There is a bar to sit at, a lot of seating for people to work or study, and leather chairs for small group conversations. The location also has an awesome nice sized patio area and plenty of parking. The drive-thru line moves quickly, and the location is convenient and reliable. Specific menu items mentioned include the chocolate covered strawberry Creme Frappuccino, which was a delicious treat, and the heart shaped cake pop. The atmosphere is never too loud for conversations, making it a nice spot to meet and catch up. Overall, this location is very inviting and says, come and stay awhile.
