I absolutely love this Starbucks. The customer service is out of this world. If you’re having a bad day you’ll be smiling once you leave here. The food is always fresh and they have them most caring employees. Caresha is my favorite barista she remembers your order every time. I love my neighborhood Starbucks!

Out of all the Starbucks locations in Jacksonville, the Oakleaf Town Center one is by far the best! The staff basically know my order down to the last detail, and my drinks are always made perfectly. Everyone is warm, friendly, and always making new suggestions for me to try. I really enjoy the short conversations I have with each barista — top-tier service every time!
