Lady sees me walking up. Goes and talks to her co worker for 5 minutes and then as soon as we leave instead of ordering she comes out and helps the next customer. Nice!

We found this to be a basic coffee chain store experience. It was uniform, identical to what we have seen elsewhere, so no atmosphere. But the coffee was just fine and we received good service.

Went to the Starbucks to load $100 on my card and they would not take $100 bill. I was not asking for change and made that clarification after I was told they would not take it. I did not want change, I just wanted to load the entire $100 on my Starbucks card. Ridiculous
